Brand New Age-Enhanced Sketch Launch Marks 30th Anniversary Of Michael Dunahee’s Disappearance
Victoria, BC – Investigators, alongside the Dunahee family are releasing a brand new sketch that is age-enhanced we mark the 30 th anniversary of Michael Dunahee’s disappearance.
On March 24th, 1991, at about 12:30 p.m., four-year-old Michael Dunahee disappeared through the part of the Blanshard class play ground, only a distance that is short from his household. Numerous families and spectators had been into the area during the time for a feeling soccer game. a search that is extensive launched for Michael, which involved a huge selection of volunteers and police from numerous agencies.
Michael will not be discovered.
An age-enhanced design of Michael, developed by BC RCMP sketch that is forensic Cpl. Virginia Bernier showing Michael as he can happen at 34-years-old has been released and an innovative new online tip portal has been launched.
Dealing with information from Michael’s household and depending on several years of expertise and training, Cpl. Bernier caused extensively with VicPD Detective Sgt. Michelle Robertson to produce the image.
“It’s an honour to engage in this investigation,” BC RCMP Forensic Sketch Artist Cpl. Virginia Bernier said. “Michael’s tale really strikes home for people. It’s my hope that my work, in certain way that is small helps resolve this file.”
Michael’s family members has turned their tragedy in to a grassroots effort to guard other families.
